Depending on your traffic volume we will install either the Triton@ model 9100 or 9600 or Tranax@ MB1500 or MB 400. Both manufacturers ATM's are highly respected of their state-of-the-art reliability and high visibility.
We have live operators standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist us with any of our ATM needs. We have trained technicians on call 24/7 as well who will respond to any emergency within one hour.
The ATM modem uses a toll-free 800 line to access the regional and national network. The ATM is then given authorization to complete the requested transaction. The amount of the transaction is then withdrawn from the customer's bank account and is transferred to ATM Rental's account. Any surcharge amount is also transferred to ATM Rental's account.
Will I accrue long distance phone charges on the phone line for the ATM ?
The only calls on that ATM dedicated line will be local or through a toll-free 800 number.
I already own an ATM but either I forget to fill it or am low on cash at times. Is there a solution for someone in my situation?
ATM Rental.com offers a "Cash replenishment" program. We keep your machine
filled with our cash and you still receive a portion of the surcharge.
I've heard it is possible to have a totally "Free" ATM installed on premises. Is this possible?
We do have limited machines available for Free placement. Free placement criteria
is based on location traffic, machine usage, gross sales, surcharge amount, etc.
I would like to eventually purchase my own ATM but would like to wait a short time. Would ATM rental be suitable for me?
Yes, under our "Rent to Own" program you can rent for a specified period of time with an option to purchase the ATM at a discounted rate at the end of the term or continue to rent.
What cards are are accepted by our ATMs ?
Nearly every available credit and debit card is now accepted in our ATMs.
